Joseph Glomski

As a young boy, Joe spent weeks at Jodi's ranch helping with grape harvests, caring for animals, learning to drive on Jodi’s side by side, and camp participation at the Highland Center for Natural History, where Jodi served on the board. Jodi's mentorship, along with these experiences, have been instrumental in building the bond that continues in their professional relationship today.

A proud Arizona native, Joe grew up in Sedona, working in his family's winemaking business which shaped his strong work ethic and his deep appreciation for service, community and hard work. He went on to study Business Finance at NAU, and became Jodi's intern during his senior year.  On the day he graduated, he was offered a full-time position with the firm in 2020. Since then, Joe has earned his Series 7, Series 66, and most recently became a Certified Financial Planner in August 2025, deepening his expertise and commitment to serving clients.

Joe now lives in Scottsdale with his beautiful wife, whom he met at NAU, and later proposed to in Greece. Together they love traveling, cooking, and discovering great dining experiences. An avid fitness enthusiast, emerging golfer, and pickleball player, Joe is always up for trying something new.

Joe approaches his work with humility, teamwork, and genuine care, believing no individual is more important than another, and that peace of mind is one of the greatest gifts he can offer his clients.
