Bree Perea

Bree is a proud Arizona native, rooted here in Prescott, Arizona, since the age of four, Bree’s connection to the community runs deep. Her journey with the firm actually began long before she ever imagined a career in taxes. As a teenager, she worked in the office after school, helping wherever she was needed, not knowing she'd one day make this line of work her professional calling. That moment came in 2014, long after her high school days in the office, and as she often jokes, the rest is history. 

What surprised her most, was discovering how much she genuinely loves the work. Bree was recruited by Jodi to actively support the growing tax arm of the business.  Her skill and dedication quickly proved instrumental to its success, leading to the formal launch of Padgett and Perea in 2016.  As a business partner to Jodi, on this side of the house, she remains an invaluable asset and major force behind its success.

Bree brings clarity, confidence, and a thoughtful strategy to every tax return she is involved with.  Deeply dedicated, detailed driven, and committed to helping clients, Bree is an invaluable part of the team, bringing heart, history, and exceptional skill to every tax return she processes. 

Jodi remains a steady source of mentorship for Bree, and today their relationship has evolved into a trusted, collaborative partnership within the firm's tax operations.

Outside of the office, Bree is a proud wife and mom of two active kids, traveling to support her son’s passion and involvement in hockey.  She juggles family life, beloved dogs, schedules, and her professional work life with commitment and grace. When she does manage to carve out a quiet moment, she loves puzzles and finds peace getting outside to hike and reconnect with nature. 

Her dedication, heart, and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable pillar of the firm and the clients she proudly serves.
